Design and Sales Consultant

To enhance customer experiences, the full-time Design and Sales Consultant will provide in-home and virtual consultations, utilizing design tools to create personalized spaces while driving sales and building lasting client relationships. Key responsibilities Drive sales through enriching customer interactions and providing elevated design offerings Create custom designs using preferred design tools, including moodboards and floor plans Lead design consultations and identify potential new business opportunities Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in furniture sales, home decor design, or retail/customer service Understanding of basic design functions, including spatial planning and fabric selection Strong proficiency in technology, including 2D/3D design tools and virtual communication platforms Proven ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and trends
