Telecom Project Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Telecom Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project coordination, with experience in utilizing various construction management software tools. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and streamline processes. Responsibilities Coordinate project activities and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks Utilize construction management software Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and budgets Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes Support project scheduling efforts by maintaining timelines and deadlines Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry Experience in Fuze Projects, Fuze Tracker, or ESA. Familiarity with telecom infrastructure projects, particularly Macro cell site modifications or In-building/Venue DAS deployments. Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools Proficient in using construction management Strong understanding of contracts and construction site operations Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated If you are passionate about construction management and have the skills necessary to excel as a Project Coordinator, we encourage you to apply.
