As PT Technician, you'll work directly with our physicians and patients, playing a vital role in ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience. We are a patient-focused physical therapy practice dedicated to helping individuals recover from injury, improve mobility, and achieve their health goals. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Technician to join our team and support our therapists in delivering outstanding patient care. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by licensed physical therapists.Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after patient sessions.Monitor patients during exercise programs and report concerns to clinical staff.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and treatment areas.Clean and sanitize equipment according to clinic protocols.Assist with patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and basic administrative tasks as needed.Stock supplies and support inventory management.Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in healthcare, fitness, athletic training, or customer service preferred but not required.Interest in physical therapy, rehabilitation, kinesiology, exercise science, or a related healthcare field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility activities when appropriate.Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
