As a Real Estate Broker at Black Knight Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for real estate. Skills that will help you excel in the role: - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively - Comfortable with being uncomfortable / being able to ask for the business - A desire to build your people skills and build relationships with potential clients - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing - Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and record keeping Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Schedule: Choose your own hours Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): This position will require that you obtain a real estate license before you are able to begin working. This requires that you complete 90 hours of education and pass a licensing exam with the state. Both of these things have an upfront cost associated with them.
