Home-Based Therapist

Life Solutions, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Home-Based Therapist to join our team in South Bend, Indiana. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.Home-Based Therapistsprovide mental health services directly in clients' homes, offering a convenient and comfortable setting for therapy. Home Based Therapists conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues, provide crisis intervention, and develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses. Additionally, they manage cases by coordinating services and resources, advocate for clients' needs, and help build support systems. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment.
