Job Title: Lab CoordinatorLocation: Santa Clara, CA 95051 (100% Onsite)Duration: 2+ Years Contract Job description:We are seeking a talented team of highly qualified people for contract work among our multiple Santa Clara Labs. We are looking for a Lab Coordinator in our Santa Clara, CA office who will be responsible for coordinating equipment requests of the engineering teams. This role is integral to the development of current and future products.Project Management Skills:Prepare accurate specifications for purchase of materials based on discussions with engineering and program management.Responsible for evaluating the development schedule of engineering projects and establishes a forecast for test and measurement equipment.Direct contact for numerous Engineering projects simultaneously keeping within budgetary restrictions.Assist engineering management in evaluating and maintaining commercial test equipment for service contracts.Research and document analysis of commercial test equipment to make technical recommendations on the selection of new equipment to engineering projects.Administrative Skills:Work with department management to identify and resolve end of life test equipment for sale to third party vendors or donation.Responsible for asset management control of over 1200 commercial test equipment assets.Work independently on problems of a diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires in-depth evaluation.Interface with vendors and sales engineers regarding new commercial test equipment to the market on a routine basis.Provide department management with various reports, including test and measurement inventory, test equipment asset calibration totals, and Oracle IProcurement Requisition data.Thanks, Dipak KumarCodinix Inc.Sr. Technical RecruiterPhone: +1 (771-333-7119 )E-mail: Dipak.kumar@codinix.com“MBE | SBE | E-Verify" Certified
