In this vital role, you'll provide top-tier chairside and front-office support, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and seamless office operations.We are very flexible for the right candidate! Open to someone to join us part-time or full-time.Our working schedule is:Monday: 8:30am - 5:30 pmTuesday: 12:00 pm - 7:00 pmWednesday: 8:30am - 8:00 pmThursday: 11:00 am - 6:00 pmFriday: 8:30 am -3:30 pmSaturday: 8:30 am - 2:00 pmNot expected to work 6 days a week, never more than 5 days; timings can vary. We are very flexible on scheduling, apply and let us know what you are searching for!Key responsibilities include:Coordinate patient care and schedule follow-upsAssist chairside with composite, amalgam, and temporary crown proceduresOrtho experience is a major plusFabricate temporary crowns accurately, night guards, & retainersPerform digital and traditional impressionsTake and process dental X-raysSterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanlinessSupport treatment coordination at the front deskQualifications and experience required:Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experienceActive RDA certification preferredProficiency in composite/amalgam procedures and crown fabricationSkilled in taking digital/traditional impressions and X-raysStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentOffice culture:Friendly, positive atmosphereGrowth-oriented practice with professional development opportunitiesStrong commitment to work-life balanceCompensation and benefits:Hourly pay range: $20 - $25 per hour[ negotiable with experience and RDA ]Health and Dental insuranceRetirement plan (401k/IRA)Paid time off (PTO) And 9 Paid Holidays (10 PTO days & 2 Paid Sick Days after Your First Year)Continuing education stipend
