The business is backed by Norwest Venture Partners in addition to the original investor group.Our VisionTo set a new standard in aesthetics by forging an elite, intellectual, and innovative network of visionary founders, fueled by infinite ambition to reach new heights.Our ValuesDriven to Discover Relentless for Results Strength in Humility Win as OneThe RoleYou will have full P&L ownership of a $20M+ regional portfolio spanning plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, esthetics, and wellness across 9 locations and multiple brands, including Azul Cosmetic Surgery & Medical Spa, Sanctuary Medical Aesthetic Center, Sanctuary Plastic Surgery, and Laser Skin and Wellness.You are the senior-most leader in the region — responsible not only for performance, but for building the organization itself.
