Senior Account Manager
As a Sr. account manager, you build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients. We are looking for a proactive team player to turn challenges into opportunities and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Home improvement retailer experience is required.
· Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for home improvement retailers, set revenue goals, and create forecasts aligned with company objectives.
· Client & Partner Relations: Build trust and maintain relationships with key clients ensuring client satisfaction, secure major projects, and expand distribution channels.
· Sales Operations: Prepare and give sales presentations. Lead product review meetings and business review meetings, negotiate contract terms, and finalize sales.
· Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.
· Travel is required, including some out-of-state and international travel. Also be able to work minimal hours in the evening to have meetings with oversea team.
· General physical activities may be required which may involve lifting up to 25lbs
· Team Leadership: supervise and manage sales team
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development team, oversea division, and executive teams to align sales efforts.
· Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports to senior leadership.
· Other duties assigned by leadership
The candidate must be professional and polished, with excellent communication skills. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized. THIS JOB IS LOCATED NEAR CHARLOTTE, NC AND IS IN-OFFICE 5 DAYS PER WEEK.
