Salesforce UAT Automation PMO

Key Requirements8+ years of experience leading UAT for complex, highly integrated projectsStrong experience with Salesforce platform (Sales/Service/CPQ preferred)Hands-on exposure to test automation frameworks and best practicesProven expertise in Agile/Scrum environments along with Waterfall/Iterative modelsExperience in Release & Change Management processesAbility to manage end-to-end UAT activities including test planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder communicationStrong experience in UAT metrics, SLAs/KPIs, triage calls, and defect resolutionExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExposure to sales / sales operations domain is highly preferredRole ExpectationsLead UAT cycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive issue resolutionDefine test strategy, test plans, test cases, and automation approachManage release readiness, smoke testing, and production deploymentsMaintain UAT documentation, metrics, and knowledge repositoryWork closely with business and IT teams to ensure quality delivery
