This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work schedule.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading environmental projects involving wetlands, streams, permitting, field investigations, and regulatory compliance. This role is well suited for someone who can manage projects from field assessment through reporting and client coordination while serving as a technical resource for stream and wetland work.ResponsibilitiesLead environmental projects focused on streams, wetlands, and related natural resourcesPerform and oversee stream and wetland delineations, assessments, and field investigationsPrepare technical reports, permit applications, environmental documentation, and supporting materialsManage project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communicationCoordinate with regulatory agencies, clients, internal teams, and subcontractors as neededEnsure work is completed in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulationsProvide technical guidance to junior staff and project team membersSupport fieldwork, data collection, documentation, and quality review of project deliverablesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, Natural Resources, Environmental Engineering, or a related field4+ years of experience leading environmental projects involving streams and wetlandsStrong technical expertise in stream and wetland delineations requiredExperience with environmental permitting, field assessments, and regulatory documentationKnowledge of applicable environmental regulations related to wetlands, waterways, and natural resourcesAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a consulting or project-based environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentEnvironmental Project Manager – Streams and Wetlands - 26-00363
