NMLS Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support the loan processing team. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact between clients and loan officers, ensuring timely communication and documentation review Process loan applications, issue pre-approval letters, and track documentation for compliance and accuracy Ensure timely closure of loans by meeting deadlines and addressing potential issues proactively Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in conventional mortgage loan processing or origination State and Federal NMLS License preferred Experience with RESPA and mortgage lending regulations Familiarity with Encompass and major investors' guidelines
