RN- Unit Manager (Day Shift) Location: Concord, NH, 03301 Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7:00 AM End: 3:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 32 - 40 hours/week Pay: $54 $58/hr; Depending on experience (negotiable) Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the nursing unit. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff. Oversee patient care delivery and implement care plans. Conduct patient assessments and ensure high-quality interventions. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Requirements: Active and Valid New Hampshire RN License. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher. 3-5 years of clinical experience, including at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role.
