The ideal candidate needs several years of Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine, high volume, fine dining Italian and new-restaurant opening experience. The restaurant will be dinner-only and showcase creative handmade pastas and authentic Italian flavors with contemporary flair. Our chef will be involved with kitchen design and heavily influence a creative menu! This concept will expand to major and secondary markets in the country.
