All positions are open to remote work unless otherwise specified in the requirements below. The opportunity At TechnologyAdvice, our people are the center of everything we do. We are looking for someone to own and elevate our day-to-day workplace experience in our Nashville office. This role is responsible for keeping our office running smoothly while creating thoughtful moments of engagement and connection for our team. You will oversee daily office operations, maintain a welcoming and organized environment, and coordinate culture and event initiatives. Location: United States What You'll Do Nashville Office Operations Managing office vendors and coordinating directly with property management Overseeing mail, shipping, and internal office logistics Coordinating daily onsite hospitality and vendor partnerships Supporting a welcoming and polished experience for team members and new hires Culture, Engagement, & Company Events Owning our engagement calendar across virtual and in-person programming Leading community giveback and volunteer initiatives Supporting the planning and execution of major company gatherings, including retreats and Kick-Off Managing event logistics, vendor partnerships, travel coordination, and materials distribution Who You Are 3+ years of experience in office operations, administration, workplace experience, or event coordination Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communicator who can confidently interact with senior leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams Proactive and solutions-oriented, with sound judgment and the ability to operate independently Detail-oriented and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion Technically capable in Google Workspace and quick to learn new tools Growth-minded and open to feedback Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer You Career Growth: Advance with mentorship programs, leadership academies, and opportunities to shape company culture and DEI initiatives. Salary Range We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
