Job DutiesStart Date: 02/28/2026End Date: 11/30/2026Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hours/day, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.Must Apply By: 07/16/2026Job Duties: Employees will operate agricultural equipment including large tractors, sprayers, and trucks to assist with various tasks throughout the crop season. Primary duties include tillage, operation of planters for crop planting, and pre- and post-emergence herbicide applications. During harvest, workers will haul grain to on-farm storage facilities or to local elevators. Workers will also perform daily maintenance and repairs on all equipment used. The job requires experience handling large machinery with precision and safety, particularly in the operation of tractors, sprayers, and trucks. Additional responsibilities include assisting with fertilizer application and crop care as needed throughout the growing season. Employees must be able to work independently and as part of a team to complete time-sensitive tasks critical to the farm's success. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
