FF&E Coordinator

Every material and object within our homes is selected with intention. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for occasional remote work. As a FF&E Coordinator, you will oversee the procurement, specification, and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing project timelines, ensuring budgets are met, and maintaining detailed records of all FF&E processes. You will also collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure the seamless execution of projects from concept through completion. Qualifications Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skillsKnowledge of FF&E procurement, logistics, and vendor negotiationProficiency in design and presentation tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar softwareExcellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience managing budgets, schedules, and supply chainsProactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with the design or hospitality industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field preferred
