General Neurologist- Androscoggin Valley Hospital 3 days a week & Colebrook Hospital (Upper CT Valley Hospital) 2 days a week - 40 hours a week with set time during the day for charting.MUST do EEGs, EMGs, and NCS and meet requirements on privilege request form.Needed to assist with backlog. The assignment may be extended, if the provider is available, in response to patient need.Board-certified/board eligible Neurologist- comfortable practicing independently.Please upload a completed Presentation Checklist (attached) with candidate submissionNorth Country Healthcare conducts studies for stroke, headache, dementia, and disability.
