Food Runner

(This position is paid hourly and tipped out) Lucy Buffett's LuLu's is a Fast Paced, High Volume, Casual, Family Oriented Restaurant where Food, Fun, and Music are always a part of our culture. We are currently hiring for Food Runners in our Gulf Shores, AL location. The Food Runners assists both Front-of-the-House and Back-of-the-House staff by delivering food items to guests' tables in a timely manner.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Delivers food items in a timely manner to ensure optimum food temperature when it reaches the guestsCommunicates any relevant messages to servers and/or bartenders regarding guests' requests/needsSets up and breaks down work station in accordance to department procedures and standardsMaintains adequate par levels of condiments, garnishes and other related items. Preps condiments as neededReview each receipt to ensure order has been prepared accurately and to restaurant and guest satisfactionGarnish and prepare dishes according to quality control guidelinesCompletes all opening, running and closing duties as assignedWhy should you come work for us? 1 Free or discounted meal each shift!2 Paid Weekly (EVERY FRIDAY!)3 Closed for all Winter Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day)4 Flexible Schedule.
