This role involves delivering direct patient care and performing a variety of nursing support duties in accordance with established protocols.The CNA may work in diverse care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), medical/surgical units, or potentially provide home care services. Flexibility to work rotating shifts is required.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staffAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, and hygieneMonitor and document patient condition and report changes promptlyEnsure a safe and clean care environmentFollow all hospital procedures and infection control standards
