This role operates as a mini Brand Manager with ownership of high-impact workstreams and regular exposure to senior leadership.This role partners closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute brand strategies grounded in consumer, customer, and market insights. The Sr. Associate Brand Manager leads critical workstreams across innovation, marketing execution, and business analysis, helping deliver against volume, share, and profitability goals.This is a high-visibility development role with significant exposure to cross-functional leadership and senior management. The ideal candidate combines strong CPG marketing fundamentals with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and a solid understanding of the U.S. Hispanic consumer.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Business ManagementLead key components of the annual brand plan, including analysis, initiative development, and execution with accountability for results against defined KPIsAnalyze brand and portfolio performance to identify risks and growth opportunitiesSupport portfolio strategy development, including innovation, renovation, and white-space identificationPartner with Sales and Finance to support pricing, promotion, and performance trackingInnovation & Pipeline ExecutionLead marketing execution of innovation projects from concept through commercialization, including consumer targeting, positioning, and launch readinessSupport stage-gate process, including coordination of cross-functional teams and timelinesPartner with R&D, Operations, and Sales to ensure product readiness and successful launchesConsumer, Category & InsightsAnalyze consumer, shopper, and syndicated data to generate actionable insightsMonitor category trends and competitive activitySupport segmentation work and identify opportunities by consumer and channelMarketing & CommunicationSupport execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channelsBrief and manage agency partners to deliver strong, insight-based creativeTrack brand health metrics (awareness, penetration, consideration) and campaign performanceCustomer & Commercial ExecutionPartner with Sales and Shopper Marketing to support in-store executions and activationsContribute to development of compelling, insight-based selling storiesHelp ensure alignment between brand strategies and customer/channel prioritiesCross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, and Operations to deliver key brand initiativesManage timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure executional excellenceExperience / Qualifications46 years of experience in CPG marketing or related rolesExperience in brand management, innovation, or commercialization strongly preferredExposure to cross-functional project leadershipFamiliarity with the U.S. Hispanic market strongly preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredSkills & AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to influence cross-functional partners without formal authorityHigh attention to detail and strong follow-throughProactive, hands-on mindset with a bias for actionEducationBachelor's degree requiredMBA preferredWorking ConditionsHybrid role based in Dallas, TX (TuesdayWednesdayThursday in office)Regular office environment; ability to lift up to 10 poundsTravel 1015% of the time based on business needs
