Job Requisition ID #26WD98540Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of M&A integrations across the Customer Technical Success (CTS) organization. This role is responsible for translating deal strategy into executable integration plans, ensuring Day 1 readiness, business continuity, and progression toward full enterprise integration.You will operate within core cross-functional teams, partnering closely with Go-To-Market (GTM), Product, Strategy, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver integration outcomes. This role focuses on execution and coordination at the working team level, driving alignment and delivery across multiple stakeholders.A key aspect of this role is planning and managing phased integration approaches, enabling acquired offerings to transition from interim solutions to fully integrated, scalable enterprise models.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end integration delivery for acquisitions from post-close through integrationPartner during diligence phase to assess operational impacts, risks, and integration requirementsDevelop and execute integration plans, timelines, and milestones, including phased offering integration strategiesDefine and manage interim, transitional, and future-state integration phases (e.g., Day 1 to phased rollout to full integration)Drive Day 1 readiness, ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and customer experience alignmentCoordinate across GTM, Product, Strategy, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teamsRepresent CTS within core working teams and functional workstreams, ensuring alignment on integration executionIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and decision points across integration activitiesEnsure alignment between interim solutions and long-term system and process integration strategyTrack and manage integration progress, milestones, and execution healthSupport transition from manual or interim processes to scalable, system-enabled solutionsMinimum Qualifications7+ years of experience in program/project management, M&A integration, or complex operations deliveryProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholdersStrong problem-solving, planning, and execution skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Customer Operations, or Product Support environmentsFamiliarity with integration frameworks (e.g., Day 1 readiness, phased integration models)Experience working with global, matrixed organizationsAbility to balance short-term operational needs with long-term scalable solutionsThe Ideal CandidateTakes ownership and drives execution forward without waiting for directionMakes informed decisions and maintains momentum in complex, fast-moving environmentsDemonstrates sound judgment, knowing when to resolve issues independently and when to escalateCommunicates proactively, keeping stakeholders aligned and surfacing risks earlyFocuses on outcomes, ensuring integrations meet milestones and business objectivesWhy This Role MattersAs Autodesk continues to scale its M&A activity, integration success depends on consistent, high-quality execution across each acquisition. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $103,000 and $185,130. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
