About The RoleThe Vice President of Finance provides strategic and operational financial leadership across the organization. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this role partners closely with the CFO and executive leaders to shape financial strategy, drive operational excellence, and support sustainable, profitable growth. The VP of Finance leads financial planning, risk management, and business partnership efforts while developing high-performing teams and delivering financial insights that inform executive decision-making.Industry-specific experience needed in manufacturing and wholesale environments, supporting mass retail, e-commerce, and club channels.What You’ll Do:Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives and long-term growthPartner closely with the CFO and senior leaders on financial strategy, planning, and operational executionLead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modelingTranslate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and the Board of DirectorsOversee accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAPManage audits, tax compliance, internal controls, risk management, and international multi-entity consolidationOversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital, banking relationships, and financing strategiesAct as a strategic finance partner to operations, sales, and HR, supporting pricing strategies, margin analysis, and contract reviewsDesign, implement, and maintain scalable financial systems, processes, and organizational structures to support growthLead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teamsWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including prior experience as a Financial Controller or equivalent3+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, Senior Director, or VP level)Experience with financial systems such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, and business intelligence toolsStrong strategic and operational mindset with a hands-on leadership approachExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-financial stakeholdersPrior experience with mergers and acquisitions strongly preferredBilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese requiredTitle: Vice President of FinanceLocation: In office, Chino CAAt Nexgrill, we’re all about bringing people together around the grill.
