Prepare a wide variety of baked goods, pastries, and specialty desserts
Decorate and present desserts in a visually appealing and refined manner
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed
Collaborate with guests on custom desserts for special occasions
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Create and implement seasonal menus while staying current with industry trends
Pastry Chef Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef
Strong baking, plating, and presentation skills
High level of creativity and attention to detail
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Commitment to quality, consistency, and cleanliness
