You Take Over.This is what it takes to work for us.GED or high school diploma required.Prior experience.Stay strong - lift 50 pounds and stay on your feet.Steel-toe shoes.Able to read and understand blueprints.Able to read and use precision measuring tools.Team player with a can-do attitude.Good mechanical aptitude & problem-solving abilities.Receives prints from Machine Shop Supervisor or Field Service Advisors and sketches from assembly personnel.Ability to read and understand blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific fabrication requirements.Fabricates parts using the most efficient method, taking care to finish the part accurately and aesthetically pleasing.Maintains work area in accordance to 5S standards.Determine which fabrication process should be used in a given situation.Use a variety of tools and machines.Must be able to set up, lay out materials, and operate press brakes, punch and shear.Reports necessary maintenance and repair for equipment used in the sheet metal department.Responsible for complying with all safety policies and procedures.Why This Job?
