Clinical Director - Atlanta, GA - Autism & IDDTH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection work globally with an established portfolio of clients providing best in class Executive Search results. We have partnered with a quickly growing ABA focused therapy provider in the Autism and IDD markets. Due to this companies continued global expansion the need for an additional Clinical Director for their Atlanta clinic has arisen.Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:Provide excellent support and oversight for a team of Clinical leaders.Provides caregiver training on the implementation of individualized Treatment Plans and Behavioral Support Plans.Attend client team meetings every month.Develop behavior support and intervention plans.Conduct behavioral assessments, functional assessments, and functional analyses.To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:Master's degree from an accredited college or university.BCBA three+ years.Five+ years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting (experience in ABA therapy).You thrive in a collaborative team.You are dedicated to meeting the needs of patients, families and team members while being able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join a growing company, this opportunity allows for personal and professional progression.
