Direct Care Worker (1st Step TB test Required for interview)

Direct Care Workers will be responsible for assessing the individual needs of each resident and assisting them with their daily needs. These duties include providing assistance with mobility tasks, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and bill paying. Our Direct Care Workers are responsible for preventing falls and related injuries by enforcing the use of proper equipment for daily living and personal care. Responsibilities: Remain calm in stressful situations. Act professionally with all other staff, families, and clients. Maintain confidentiality of client's records and information.
