Job description We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and motivated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR functions, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to strategically align HR practices with the overall business objectives of the company. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities: Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process. Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Performance Management: Design and manage performance appraisal systems, providing coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement and development plans. Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation, benefits, and reward programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. Compliance: Stay updated on relevant labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure company-wide compliance and mitigate legal risks. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote a fair and inclusive work environment. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Diversity and Inclusion: Lead efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the company, fostering an environment that values and respects individual differences. HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes, talent management, and overall organizational performance. Conflict Resolution: Mediate and facilitate conflict resolution between employees, striving to maintain a harmonious and collaborative work environment. Employee Separation: Manage the employee separation process, including conducting exit interviews, ensuring proper documentation, and conducting post-employment procedures Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
