Admissions Assistant
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Admissions Assistant to support the Director of Enrollment & Admissions. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective families and plays a critical role in managing the full admissions lifecycle, ensuring accurate data management, and delivering an exceptional admissions experience.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing timely and professional communicationManage and maintain accurate records within the CRM system, including data entry and application trackingCoordinate and schedule admissions appointments, interviews, and campus toursMonitor and track application progress throughout the full admissions cycleGenerate reports and provide data insights to support enrollment planning and decision-makingCoordinate logistics for admissions-related events, tours, and information sessionsSupport and oversee Student Ambassadors and event volunteersAssist with day-to-day operations of the administrative office, including filing and general supportCollaborate on special projects and process improvements within the admissions departmentQualificationsPrior experience in full-cycle admissions, preferably within Education- college or university settingStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExperience working with CRM systems and data managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBilingual in Spanish (required)Schedule Monday-FridayStart Time 7:00am or 8:00am occasional evenings and weekends for eventsCompensation: $20-$25/hour Start Date: ASAPParking: Provided All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
