Deep expertise in health plans, care navigation, and care delivery is essential, as is a proven track record of evolving early-stage teams into fully scaled operations. The role requires experience in tech-enabled services and the ability to facilitate rapid change management. Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills are also necessary.
