Our customers trust us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us live out our values every day.What we have to offerCompetitive pay based on experience levelEmployer paid uniformsCompany paid trainingAdvancement opportunitiesFun, stable, year-round work environmentResponsibilities and Duties Perform landscape enhancement services including spring & fall cleanups, seasonal planting, flowerbed cleanups, installation and removal, grading and leveling, drainage solutions, sod prep/install, granite/gravel/paver walkway/pathway install, paver patio prep/install, stone bed borders, tree ring borders, and retaining wallsExperience and/or license in Irrigation repair/install a plusSafely operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to a bobcat, skid steer, dump trailers, chainsaws, and tillersProper handling of all materialsExecute strong attention to detail and personal integritySupervise a team up to 3 people while performing the delivery of servicesSupervise daily proper & safe equipment maintenance and repairAddress customer questions, comments, and concernsManage daily clock in/out of team members, as well as, start/finish times of scheduled jobsManage job task planning and organization, to ensure necessary tools, equipment and materials are readily availableEnsure jobs are started/finished on timeLeadership Qualifications Punctual, professional, & self-motivated with a strong work ethicAbility to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and managementProactive leader and self-starter who can interact with our clients, prospective clients, and team membersAble to manage time to effectively meet deadlines2 years experience in this or a related field2 years previous supervisory experienceJob Qualifications Honest, detail oriented, problem solver, with a positive attitudeThrive in fast moving environments, have a great attitude and love to work outdoorsReliable transportationAbility to lift 50 pounds & willing to work in varying weather conditionsAbility to accept verbal and formal trainingCurrent and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean recordMust have experience driving a truck and trailerSubject to pre-placement drug testing and background investigationWe are actively interviewing for this position - Apply today and our hiring manager will follow up!
