If you're a natural leader with a passion for installing and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration equipment, then you might be the perfect fit for our team as an HVAC Install Lead.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise an installation team of at least one Install Helper or ApprenticePerform hands-on installation of residential HVAC systems, including replacement and retrofit projectsInstall air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, and related componentsEnsure all installations meet company specifications, manufacturer requirements, and local/state HVAC codesComplete system start-ups, testing, and final quality checksMaintain safety and quality as top priorities on every job siteCommunicate professionally with homeowners, explaining the installation process and system operationEnsure all job paperwork and forms are completed accurately and submitted on timeMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesMentor and train Install Helpers to improve skill development and job efficiencyRequirements2+ years of HVAC installation experience is required (Residential experience preferred)Proven experience leading or mentoring an installation teamStrong working knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practicesKnowledge of local HVAC codes with the ability to apply them on the jobEPA 608 Certification (required)Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbsAbility to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environmentsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow OSHA requirements and company safety policiesValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay based on experience and leadership levelPerformance-based incentives are available with huge growth potential based on performance.Company vehicle and gas card provided for Lead InstallersCompany-provided uniform and major equipmentHealth, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time off and paid holidaysPaid days off for birthday and work anniversary401(k) with company matchOngoing technical and leadership trainingEach franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
