This role entails delegating and directing all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that facilitate effective return to community activities. The Physical Therapist will also serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers while performing professional duties associated with patient care and the development of discipline-specific therapy services. Responsibilities Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and utilizes clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals. Documents medical records clearly, accurately, and timely in compliance with state, federal, and clinic policies. Ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval. Participates in student programs, providing supervision and feedback for learning objectives and evaluations. Develops a personal professional development plan and actively pursues continuing education opportunities. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to the discipline-specific State Practice Act and regulatory guidelines. Demonstrates awareness of performance improvement methodologies to enhance service quality and contribute feedback for improvement initiatives. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. A minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification.
