Job Title: Banking - Lending Specialist Location: RemoteShift Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pmPay Rate: W-2 HourlyPosition Type: Long term contractDescription To receive escalated, moderately complex and/or urgent inquiries related to member accounts, General Ledger accounts, or systems, policies and procedures.To research and respond to branch and member impacting escalated situations, moderately complex account errors, and system issues under supervision.To assist with comprehensive testing and implementation of enhancements to existing software, and of new systems.Perform complex/difficult tasks with considerable latitude.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loansEnsure software/systems meet regulatory and procedural requirementsDevelop and recommend enhancements to improve operational processes and proceduresIdentify and detect errors/omissions; resolve or arrange for the resolutionInvolved in cross-organizational task groups concerning new automated systems, products and/or servicesPerform research for process improvementsRecommend corrective action when discrepancies occurResolve issues relating to General Ledger accounts and/or systemsTest and implement software and/or processesWork with other business units to resolve systems and equipment issuesQualificationsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentKnowledge of banking systems and processesKnowledge of accounting, credit, and/or lending principles and techniquesResearch, analytical, and problem solving skillsApplying research and interpretation of findings to respond to requests for informationUsing good judgment to make sound decisionsSkills following, interpreting and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices and regulationsSkills navigating multiple screens and PC applications and adapting to new technologiesAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
