IBM Maximo Technical Program Lead
Overview:
In this role you lead the architecture, design, and deployment of IBM Maximo-based enterprise asset management solutions within a Digital Transformation team. You will guide cross-functional programs, drive data governance and cloud deployments, and ensure scalable, secure performance. You'll partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into resilient Maximo-based architectures, enabling asset, work, inventory, and procurement processes. Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, design, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and MAS solutions
- Serve as the technical lead for EAM, application architecture, integrations, data management, and cloud deployments
- Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing solutions
- Design and maintain data governance, master data management, and data quality standards across Maximo and integrated systems
Key requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IBM MaximoAt least 5 years in solution architecture leadership roles
- Proven experience delivering large-scale IBM Maximo implementationsPMP and PMI-ACP certifications
- Strong program management experience (> $5M) with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teamsstrong leadershipexcellent communicationstrategic mindsetIBM Maximo 7.6.xMaximo Application Suite (MAS)
