Tiki Bartender Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Tiki Bartenders to join our team at a lively tropical-themed bar. As a Tiki Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting delicious drinks, and ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of tropical cocktails and beverages according to established recipes. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about the drink menu. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with guests and fostering a fun environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while serving alcohol. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred, especially in a high-volume or themed bar setting. Knowledge of mixology techniques, particularly in crafting tiki-style cocktails. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with patrons. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
