Electrical Supervisor

Calculated Solutions Group is seeking an experienced and highly skilled working Electrical Supervisor to oversee a team of four electricians. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive electrical knowledge, and hands-on experience with industrial and commercial electrical projects, project management, and electrical systems. This role involves supervising electricals, working hands on with the team, ensuring safety compliance, and managing electrical projects to support operational efficiency and reliability. Duties Lead and supervise electrical maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures Oversee installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment Perform hands on work along side your team of electricians Conduct inspections and diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters to identify electrical faults or issues Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work, including proper handling of high voltage systems Lead project management efforts for electrical upgrades or new installations, ensuring timely completion within budget Provide technical guidance and training to team members on electrical systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting techniques Qualifications Proven supervisory experience in industrial or manufacturing settings with a strong background in electrical maintenance Extensive knowledge of electrical systems including high voltage, low voltage Proficiency in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts Strong understanding of industrial electrical projects like furnace buildouts and upgrades Mechanical knowledge relevant to industrial maintenance environments Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective project management skills Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a safety-conscious work environment Fluency in English for effective communication across teams and documentation purposes Familiarity with Ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting electrical issues Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical work are preferred but not mandatory **Shift is 7pm - 7am, Monday - Saturday with Half days on Sundays!! ** Apply Today!!
