As a Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll lead and grow sales for our Industrial Applications product portfolio across the U.S. region. This position is based in the US Eastern time zone.What You Will Do:Build & Grow Your PipelineProspect new opportunities through phone, email, virtual, and in-person meetingsQualify inbound leads and convert them into strong business opportunitiesProfile customers and conduct market research to identify growth potentialDrive Strategic SalesConfidently address technical objections and articulate product architecture advantagesIdentify decision-makers and cultivate lasting relationshipsAnalyze usage patterns to uncover upsell opportunities, including enterprise solutionsMeet and exceed ambitious sales goalsDeliver Value Beyond LicensingMove beyond traditional sales approaches to offer comprehensive, customer-focused solutionsInnovate and test new outreach and engagement strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and FinanceOwn Your Territory PerformanceManage and optimize your CRM sales funnel for accuracy and conversionProvide weekly updates, forecasts, and quarterly projectionsMonitor market trends, competition, and pricing insightsRepresent Tech Soft 3D at tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and user eventsTravel 30-35% of the time to meet clients, assess their needs, and strengthen partnerships. The Qualifications: 5+ years of sales experience, preferably selling to manufacturers or advanced technical software and service solutions (or equivalent software development experience)Proven ability to negotiate effectively and address both technical and business requirementsStrong track record of prospecting and closingConfident engaging stakeholders at all levels, including Director and executive leadershipDeep product knowledge with compelling presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independentlyFlexible, proactive, adaptable, and results-driven Bonus Points If You Have:Experience selling CAD/CAM, PLM, ERP, MES, or QMS software solutionsExperience working within an international companyStrong industry network and market insight Reasons NOT to Apply: We believe in matching great talent with the right roles.
