Full Stack Developer

About the Role We're looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and help build scalable, cloud-native web applications on AWS. You'll work across the stack-from front-end interfaces to back-end services-using a modern technology suite in a Kubernetes-based environment. This role blends hands-on development with architectural thinking, and emphasizes performance, security, and maintainability. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full stack applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.jsBuild and optimize RESTful APIs following API-First Design principlesImplement event-driven communication using Redis StreamsIntegrate role-based access control (RBAC) across the application stackEnsure clear service boundaries and maintain Separation of ConcernsDevelop horizontally scalable services and data stores to support growthEnhance performance through caching strategies using Amazon ElastiCache (Redis)Implement logging, monitoring, and tracing using tools like CloudWatch or PrometheusDeploy and manage applications in Kubernetes environments via Amazon EKSCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new featuresWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practicesParticipate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverablesContribute to architectural decisions aligned with platform principles Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years of experience in full stack development with TypeScript, React, and Node.jsStrong experience building RESTful APIs and working with event-driven systemsHands-on experience with Aurora PostgreSQL and DynamoDBFamiliarity with Redis and caching strategiesExperience deploying applications on AWS using Amazon EKS and KubernetesSolid understanding of containerization, orchestration, and horizontal scalingKnowledge of RBAC and cloud-native security best practicesProficient in Git and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred QualificationsExperience with microservices architecture and related components (e.g., API gateways, workflow engines, messaging systems)Familiarity with Redis Streams for asynchronous communicationAWS certifications (e.g., Developer, Solutions Architect)Experience with GraphQL and advanced API designFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK)Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-native applications
