The successful candidate will primarily focus on enhancing the user experience on our websites, apps, and digital media platforms. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the non-profit industry.Responsibilities:Develop and implement user interface designs for our websites and appsCollaborate with team members to ensure consistency in UI/UX across all digital platformsDesign and create a user-friendly login experience and access management systemUse Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging and visually appealing designsUtilize skills in CSS and e-Commerce Application for website enhancementsConduct rapid UI prototyping and present ideas to business ownersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and technologiesWork closely with the team to develop a new volunteer management systemUse Jam Stack & Azure for efficient web design and developmentEnsure all design elements, templates, and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settingsRequirementsProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesignExperience in creating advertisements and banner adsProficient understanding of CSS and design controlsPrior experience in designing for e-Commerce applicationsExcellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactionAbility to solve problems creatively and effectivelyUp-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologiesDemonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launchStrong communication, design and creative thinking skillsAbility to work on multiple projects at the same time and complete tasks in a timely mannerDemonstrated ability to design web pages, web sites, web applications, and all site components (including functional designs)Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologiesStrong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android and Windows Phone7Commitment to the mission and principles of the non-profit sector.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
