If so, this Administrative Assistant role could be a great fit for you!POSITION Administrative Services Coordinator (Part-Time)JOB LOCATION Mequon, WISTARTING DATE ImmediateEMPLOYMENT TERM Long-TermEMPLOYMENT TYPE Part-Time (2530 hours/week, flexible schedule)WORK HOURS (SHIFT) Flexible hours, occasional evenings may be needed.STARTING PAY $21 to $23 per hourBENEFITS NoneREQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED (Associates or higher preferred)REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Prior administrative or office support experience preferredAs an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of Human Resources and general office functions. This role plays a key part in keeping the organization running smoothly by providing administrative, clerical, and coordination support across departments. You will be handling a variety of tasks that require confidentiality, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources SupportAssist with recruiting activities including candidate screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking, and job postingsMaintain HR records including new hires, transfers, terminations, and employee changesSupport onboarding by preparing orientation materials, collecting documentation, and obtaining required signaturesDocument HR actions through reports, logs, and personnel recordsAssist with employee training, safety, wellness, and engagement programsSupport daily HR department operationsOffice Services & Administrative SupportCoordinate office activities including employee engagement events and internal projectsMonitor inventory and order office, breakroom, sanitation, and safety suppliesProcess incoming/outgoing mail and maintain postage meterProvide receptionist support including phone coverage and meeting schedulingPerform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and records managementAdditional ResponsibilitiesManage uniform programs, first aid supplies, keys, and facility access distributionSupport special projects for leadership and various departmentsPerform data entry, reporting, and system/database supportTroubleshoot routine office issues or coordinate with vendors and internal teamsQualificationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential informationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systemsPrior experience in administrative, HR, or office coordination roles preferredAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPlease send your resume to grafton@seekcareers.com.
