Facilities Manager (Advanced Manufacturing)

We are a rapidly expanding company looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily facility operations plus modernization and expansion projects to support our growing business. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with technicians, engineers, and management, seamlessly shifting from hands-on supervision of staff and contractors to presenting KPI insights and strategic initiatives to leadership. Purpose:
Responsible for managing the operations of facilities supporting cleanroom and production equipment, facility equipment maintenance and upgrades, modernization projects for improved operational performance, department budget, contract & supplier management, facility electrical enhancements, system capacity roadmap, facility controls & monitoring, cleanroom management, regulatory reporting and leading a staff of up to 10 technicians and engineers.
Knowledge / Experience:
Minimum of five years managing facility organization in a 24x7 manufacturing environment
Semiconductor Industry experience is preferred
Strong working knowledge of clean room systems: electrical & power management, industrial waste treatment, ultra-pure water RO systems, vacuum systems, ultra-pure gas distribution, PLC control systems, chilled water distribution, HVAC systems, and cleanroom controls including contamination control, airflow, temperature and humidity
Understanding of regulatory guidelines, reporting requirements and environmental standards
Knowledge of planning and budgeting for maintenance operations for clean room operations
Experience managing clean room protocol and micro-contamination prevention
