DescriptionAs a Videographer, a typical day might include the following:Video production and post-productionAssisting with setup and teardown on shoot days including lighting, audio, teleprompter, etc.Capturing high quality b-roll and event footage as neededSorting through raw footage and compiling the compelling clips to produce a rough cutAccruing and organizing video assets: recordings, screen captures, animations, audio filesLaying out and editing video content with a consistent look and feel that is on-brand and fits within our guidelinesWorking with content team in a review process to organize and make edits as neededContributing creative ideas while striving to push content creation to the next levelResearching and sourcing growing viral trends and contentPublishing/YouTube channel managementOptimizing YouTube descriptions, metadata and transcriptions for better search visibilityProducing channel specific/short-form versions of content for use on a variety of social channelsOther projects and duties as assignedRequirementsThis job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:Proficient knowledge in video technology, equipment and filmingProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite requiredStrong After Effects, Photoshop, Motion skills are a plusFlexible schedule, working remotely, adapt to changes in deadlines and project scopePhotography and video shooting experience a plusMust have your own camera equipmentKnowledgeable in various camera systemsInterest in the restaurant, nightlife, music and/or sports and trading card industriesHighly detail-oriented, self-motivated communicator who follows direction and functions well in a dynamic team environmentMust be creative, organized, and eager to learnAbility to handle multiple projects at once and help meet tight deadlinesFamiliarity with different design formats for all digital platforms Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTubePrior experience and understanding of working within brand guidelines and style guidesMotion graphics experience is a plusMust be able to submit portfolio, demo reel or video samples, as well as your social media handles for further considerationPhysical Demands / Work Environment / HoursThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
