You'll work across everything from product launches and brand campaigns to high-profile sports sponsorships, creating work that is both visually striking and performance-driven.What You'll DoCreate High-Impact Motion ContentTurn creative briefs into polished motion assets for campaigns, product launches, events, and sponsorship activationsConcept, storyboard, and animate compelling motion sequences that feel modern, premium, and on-brandTranslate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual storiesElevate Digital & Social PresenceDevelop platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and morePartner with growth teams to create motion variants optimized for performance (CTR, CVR)Adapt hero concepts into scalable templates and cut-downs across channelsBuild & Evolve Motion SystemsApply and extend brand design systems through motion (typography, transitions, pacing)Help define motion principles and best practicesPrepare production-ready files for cross-functional and external useCollaborate Across TeamsWork closely with designers, copywriters, editors, producers, and marketersParticipate in creative reviews and iterate quickly based on feedbackCollaborate with external vendors when scaling productionLeverage Tools & TechnologyUse tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and presentation softwareExplore AI-powered tools for ideation, storyboarding, and content variationsMaintain organized workflows across asset management systemsWhat You BringYou're a motion designer who thrives in a high-growth, collaborative environment.
