Our commitment to quality, innovation, and teamwork drives every project we take on.About the RoleVytal is seeking an experienced Wireline Site Supervisor for a contract role based in the United States. This field position requires flexibility to work between different field environments, with regular travel to various job sites depending on project requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesOversees subcontractors and field teams, including time, performance, production, quality, and safety. Oversees subcontractors’ attendance, performance, production, quality, safety, schedule etc.Oversees adherence with daily production goals and expectations.Oversees materials and equipment including utilization plans and management.Oversees job site readiness including permits, locates and construction drawings are ready prior to crew distribution.Basic understanding of project financials and can identify profit and loss impacts. and discuss solutions with Management Team.Processes, reviews and approves subcontractor and vendor payments and invoices.Provides data for timely customer billing.Reports to the Construction Manager.Contract to Permanent Employee.
