These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and optimize value streams to improve flow and eliminate waste.Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream effectiveness.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the value stream.Manage resource allocation and budget for assigned value streams.Identify and implement technological solutions to enhance value stream performance.Collaborate with supply chain and sales to ensure alignment with customer demand.Mentor and develop team members in lean methodologies and operational excellence.Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in Lean manufacturing methodologies and tools (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.Bonus QualificationsAdditional certifications or trainingJob Titles That Should ApplyValue Stream Lead, Lean-Agile Leader, Agile Release Train Engineer, Solution Train Engineer, Release Train Engineer, Portfolio Manager, Product Line Manager, Business Process Manager, Operations Manager, Continuous Improvement ManagerWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
