Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability is a must.Compensation$19.50 Per HourRequirementsJOB REQUIREMENTSAbility to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environmentA positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team MembersBe the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with Guests, inviting Guests in, seating Guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phoneAdaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload. Ability to prioritize well and remember all Guest requestsEmbraces all Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member StandardsAbility to operate a POS system and Open Table SoftwareAbility to accurately handle cash and all financial transactionsEducation / ExperienceHigh school education is required; Hospitality or other degrees are a plusMinimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferredPHYSICALMust be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in lengthMust be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 poundsSalary Description$19.50 Per Hour
