About the Role This hands-on leadership position supervises DSP Leads and DSPs while ensuring individuals receive healthy, safe, and person-centered supports. The successful candidate will mentor staff, support quality service delivery, implement clinician-developed programs, and work directly with individuals under the age of 18 served by VCIN. Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, coach, and train DSP staff. Ensure high-quality, person-centered supports and services. Hold regular supervision meetings and provide ongoing training. Support implementation of programs developed by VCIN clinicians. Maintain accurate documentation and program data. Collaborate with Program Managers, Clinicians, Nursing Staff, and Directors. Assist with staffing coverage and emergency response as needed. Promote individual rights, dignity, safety, and growth. Qualifications High school diploma required, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in developmental disabilities, crisis care, residential care, or related human services. Supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, advocacy, organizational, and coaching skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in high-stress environments. Compensation Starting pay: $30.00 per hour Regular overtime opportunities are available and often required. Sleep time is compensated at the full hourly rate, including overtime when applicable. Employees typically earn $1,560+ per week, with higher earnings available based on overtime and additional hours worked.
