Luxury Furniture Assistant Store Manager

Essential Responsibilities:
Actively works to meet revenue targets
Participate in inventory management
Create the Sofa Workshop / Timothy Oulton brand experience at any point of the day through perfect store management/ adherence to brand hallmarks/ VM guideline, great retail theatre and making the store feel like a hub for our customers
To effectively manage the store/concession and ensure world class customer service.
Ensure product display and visual merchandising is at all times in accordance with the Sofa Workshop / Timothy Oulton guidelines.
Plan and coordinate a calendar of events in and around the store, collaborating with the marketing team, and local contacts as necessary.
To recommend product ranges and unique product requirements tailored to your specific location.
To prepare daily and monthly reports, including but not limited to submission of sales figures, inventory reports (dollars/units), replenishment stock orders, customer complaints/returns, logistic costs and local marketing engagements/opportunities.
To effectively communicate market place activity and submit recommendation for improved exposure of the Timothy Oulton product offering to customers specific to region.
Manage database of all past, existing and potential customers.
Ensure personalized service including order follow-up and satisfaction surveys.
Manage gallery/concession staff to maximum motivation and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines and expectations of Sofa Workshop / Timothy Oulton brand.
Be product/ experience experts, remain up-to-date with latest information
Provide updates and information about activity in store that can be used for marketing purposes and learning across the global network.
Compensation
This position has a base salary and a great commission structure. We also offer great benefit package that includes: PTO, Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
