Our commitment to continuous, personalized training will ensure you stay on top of industry trendsYou'll be promoting Häfele hardware to manufacturers, designers, engineers, and architects, focusing on both existing customers and developing potential new relationships.Day to day activities as a Hafele TSR Creating and maintaining a robust sales and support plan for your territory. Keeping regular contact with customers, ensuring top-notch satisfaction. In-person visits, where you'll showcase our products and help with customer hardware decisions. Preparing of price quotes and order submissions. Detailed record-keeping of all customer interactions. Willingness to travel for trade shows and training. Regular communication with various internal teams regarding customer activities. Maintenance of a home office dedicated solely to Häfele America Co. Technology proficient - Comfortable with Advanced Excel skills. Any other tasks that may be assigned.Your Credentials Minimum of 2 + years of related Territory sales experience (Non retail). Helpful if it is within the industry, but all will be considered. A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Spanish Bilingual a plusPhysical DemandsThis position involves travelling to customer locations, demonstrating products, and may require lifting up to 50 pounds.
